Cars stolen and damaged in Wragby area

Lincolnshire Police is appealing for information after a car was stolen and another damaged in the Wragby area.

An orange Renault Clio was believed to have been stolen from a property on Newton Close at some point between 9pm on Wednesday (February 15) and 7am on Thursday.

Lincolnshire Police then received another report of car damage to the front driver’s window on Carpenter’s Close, which is also believed to have happened overnight on Wednesday.

Two males were also reported to have been trying car door handles at around 3am yesterday (Thursday) on Poacher’s Chase. Both males left the area shortly after.

A police spokesman said: “We are requesting that residents in the area with CCTV, doorbell cameras or dashcam check to see if they captured any suspicious activity that could help in our investigation.”
