Cash stolen from Skegness fruit machines in overnight burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses after cash was stolen from fruit machines in a burglary at a pub in Skegness.

Four fruit machines were targeted at the Red Lion pub in Roman Bank sometime between 3.30am and 4.28am on Sunday, May 15.

Police say two offenders broke into the pub and targeted the machines.

It is believed they entered the building from Prince George Street.

A quantity of cash was stolen.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything or anyone suspicious in the area.
