Cigarettes stolen in burglary at Ingoldmells store

A quantity of cigarettes was stolen in a burglary at McColls in Ingoldmells.

Police are appealing for help in tracing the offenders after cigarettes were stolen from a store in Ingoldmells.

Officers attended a report of an alarm at McColls in Anchor Lane at around 2.27am this morning (Tuesday).

Unknown offenders entered the shop via the back shutters and took an unknown quantity of cigarettes.

Police say they believe the offenders made off in a silver car.

Anyone who was in this area at around 2am time and saw anything suspicious, or has CCTV or dashcam footage, please call police on 101, quoting incident 24 of June 22.
