Couple alleged to have been found with machete in Ingoldmells face trial

Marie Fletcher, 49, and Lee Godwin, 42, both of Exchange Road in West Bridgford, Nottingham, denied

the allegation that they were in possession of a machete in Chapel Road on August 22 last year.

Although the magistrates in Boston were prepared to hear the trial, the couple both elected trial by jury and the case

was sent to Lincoln Crown Court with a first hearing on August 17.

The were both granted unconditional bail.
