ASSAULT

Jamie Braime, 44, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Burgh le Marsh, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and Unpaid Work Requirement (100 hours). To pay compensation of £150. £85 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Darrell Musson, 36, of Sadler Road, Coventry. At Skegness, committed assault. £80 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Kirsty Tomlin, 32, of Field Street, Boston. At Skegness, assaulted a police sergeant, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker – two counts. In each case, community order made, with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and Unpaid Work Requirement (40 hours). In each case, to pay compensation of £100. At Boston, on the same day, assaulted a third person by beating them. Community order made, as above. £85 costs.

COMMUNICATIONS

Lee Higginson, 31, of Brian Avenue, Skegness. At Alford, sent by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Restraining order made. £200 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Colin Bayliss, 38, of Skegness Road, Ingoldmells. At Skegness, damaged a light cluster of a car to the value of £107 belonging to another, with intent or by being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. To pay compensation of £107. At Boston, in Marsh Lane, on a later date, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 44 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. DISQUALIFIED

Chris Herbert, 31, of Haganby Lock, Stickney. At Alford, on the A1104, drove while disqualified. Community order made, with Unpaid Work Requirement (130 hours). £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs. SPECIMEN

Adrian Day, 42, of Tyburn Road, Birmingham. At Skegness, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £300 fine. £50 victim surcharge. £85 costs. THEFT

Sharon Burgess, 47, of Coal Road, Whinmoor, Leeds. At Skegness, stole various items to the value of about £200 from B&M. Committed to prison for one week. At Skegness, on an earlier date, stole corned beef to the value of £65 from Asda filling station. Committed to prison for one week to run consecutive to the other term. To pay compensation of £65. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offence of shoplifting in May. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence: at Skegness, stole household items to an unknown value from Spar. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of two months imposed in June implemented as a sentence of six weeks to run consecutive to other terms. Overall length of sentence: eight weeks. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order imposed in February for eights counts of theft. No action taken on breach. Order to continue. Criminal Behaviour Order made in February found to be void, as well as a Suspended Sentence Order from June for two breaches of the Criminal Behaviour Order as there was no valid order to breach.
