Antanas Galdikas, 42, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Boston, assaulted a special police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker. Committed to prison for 16 weeks. To pay compensation of £100. £122 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence: at Boston, assaulted a police officer, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker. Kirsty Tomlin, 32, of Field Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. At Skegness, on the same date, assaulted a police sergeant, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker – two counts. In each case, community order made – as above. DISORDERLY

Mitchell Jermyn, 22, of Snaith Avenue, Fosdyke. At Boston’s Pilgrim Hospital, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months. £21 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

DISQUALIFIED

Chris Herbert, 31, of Haganby Lock, Stickney. At Alford, on the A1104, drove while disqualified. Community order made, with Unpaid Work Requirement (130 hours). £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
