Connor Trigg, 26, of Wellington Road, Boston. Assaulted another, thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm. £800 fine. £100 compensation. £85 costs.

Kelly Gedney, 31, of Michael Moses Way, Swineshead. Assaulted another by beating them. £60 fine. £250 compensation. £400 costs.

Shane Scott, 44, of Greenacre Close, Sutterton. Assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for 24 months. Restraining order made. £20 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

COMPLY

Patryk Skutnik, 28, of Kingsway, Boston. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend an unpaid work session on one date, and failing to attend a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement appointment on another. No adjudication – dealt with for breach offence. £100 fine. £85 costs.

DRINK DRIVING

Colin Bayliss, 38, of Skegness Road, Ingoldmells. At Boston, in Marsh Lane, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 44 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed. At Skegness, on an earlier date, damaged a light cluster of a car to the value of £107 belonging to another, with intent or by being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. £107 compensation.

Jamie Robson, 41, of Hurns End, Old Leake. At Boston, in Bittern Way, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 58 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. 35mcg. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

HANDLING

Cheynene Kohut, 34, of Clifton Road, Boston. At Frithville, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal, or realisation of stolen goods, namely lead tiles, of an unknown value, by or for the benefit or another or dishonestly arranged to do so, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Community order made, with Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. £85 surcharge. £300 costs. At Boston, on two earlier dates, stole whisky of an unknown value from Asda. In each case, community order made, as above. At Boston, or a later date to the other offences, had in her possession a quantity of amphetamine – a class B drug. No separate penalty. Amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Saeef Alsubeeai, 24, of Old Boston Road, Coningsby. At Holdingham, on the A15, used a vehicle without a test certificate. £123 fine. £30 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Marcin Cercel, 47, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Boston, on the A52, drove while not wearing a seat belt. £220 fine. £30 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

SHARPLY POINTED/BLADED ARTICLE

Lukasz Szarlat, 37, of Winsover Road, Spalding. At Boston, in Wyberton West Road, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a double bladed knife. £416 fine. £41 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Order made to deprive the defendant of his rights in relation to the knife.

Anthony Cain, 41, of Granville Street, Boston. At Skegness, in Cheshire Grove, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a large machete. Committed to prison for six months suspended for 12 months, taking into account particular circumstances of the offence – occurred as a result of an argument with partner and defendant, having to leave property, transported item in vehicle. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Unpaid Work Requirement (120 hours). £122 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Machete to be forfeited and destroyed.

Kaspars Larka, 40, of Deepdale Lane, Nettleham, Lincoln. At Boston Police Station, when suspected of having driven a vehicle, when required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £350 fine. £35 victim surcharge. £85 costs. THEFT

Saimonds Cubrevics, 32, of Wyberton West Road, Boston. At Boston, stole pump pliers and a bike lock to the total value of £8 from Scooby Doos. Community order made, with Drug Rehabilitation Requirement. At Boston, on a later date, failed to surrender to custody having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. £40 fine. £90 victim surcharge. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order imposed for an offence of shoplifting – two counts. No action taken on breach. Order to continue. Conviction of an offence while a community order is in force. No adjudication – dealt with for original offences: at Boston, stole razor blades to the value of £265.98 from Asda, and, at Boston, on the same date, had with him an article for use in the course of, or connection with, theft, namely a pair of scissors for detagging items to steal. In each case, community order made, as above. At Boston, on an earlier date, stole fragrances to the value of £52.97 from TK Maxx, and, on the same date, at Boston, stole alcohol to the value of £62 from The Food Warehouse. In each case, community order made, as above.

Matthew Royle, 31, of Downton Road, Penhill, Swindon. At Boston, stole a football shirt to the value of £54.99 from Sports Direct. Committed to prison for two weeks to run consecutive to other terms. £54.99 compensation. £122 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. No adjudication – dealt with for original offences. At Weston-Super-Mare, in February 2018, knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely a hotel room at the Richmond Hotel for three nights, was required or expected from you, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £120. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of four weeks implemented to run consecutive to other terms. At Weston-Super-Mare, on a later date in February 2018, committed the same offence, but in relation to a hotel bill and bar bill at the Lauriston Hotel and involving a sum of £614.35. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of five weeks implemented to run consecutive to other terms. At Weston-Super-Mare, in April 2018, committed the same offence in relation to a hotel at the Smiths hotel and involving a sum of £108. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of four weeks implemented to run consecutive to other terms. At Weston-Super-Mare, on a later date in April 2018, committed the same offence in relation to a hotel room stay at the Savoy Hotel and involving a sum of £485. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of five weeks implemented to run consecutive to other terms. Overall length of sentence: 20 weeks.

Andrew Kirk, 35, of Oxford Street, Boston. At Frithville, stole lead flashing of an unknown value. Committed to prison for 23 weeks suspended for 12 months. Drug Rehabilitation Requirement. £115 victim surcharge. £300 costs. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended order made for an offence of burglary. No action taken on breach. At Boston, on a later date, was found in an enclosed yard, namely Boston Metal Recycling Centre, for an unlawful purpose, namely the theft of scrap metal from within. No separate penalty.

At Boston, stole a Ted Baker manicure set to the value of £35, a military heritage aircraft pen to the value of £7, and a military heritage silver plated keyring to the value of £8, from Oldrids Downtown. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £21 victim surcharge. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge imposed for an offence of shoplifting. £50 fine. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention seemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

STATUTORY DECLARATION

John Webster, 47, of Gold Fen Dike Bank, Wrangle. Appeared before court in order to make a statutory declaration following conviction for an offence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required. Statutory declaration made. Case adjourned.
