Assault

* Callum Herrod, 20, of High Street, Ingoldmells, Skegness. At Ingoldmells, committed assault. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Ingoldmells, on the same date, destroyed various items to an unknown value belonging to another with intent to destroy or damage them, being reckless as to whether they would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, as above. At Ingoldmells, on the same date, committed assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Community order made, as above.

* Peter Hodgson, 58, of Cockshott Drive, Bramley, Leeds. At Ingoldmells, assaulted another by beating them. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for two years. Programme Requirement. Building Better Relationships. Rehability Activity Requirement. £122 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTION ORDER

* Luke Watchorn, 25, of Mount Pleasant, Alford. At Mablethorpe, breached a domestic violence protection order in that he had contact with an individual. £50 fine.

DRINK-DRIVING

* Dean Watson, 25, in Sea Lane, Ingoldmells. At Skegness, in Mill Lane, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 135 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Unpaid Work Requirement: 200 hours. £122 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 48 months. Driving record endorsed. At Skegness, on the same date, failed, without reasonable excuse, to co-operate with a road side breath test. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

IN CHARGE OF VEHICLE

* Ramunas Ramanauskas, 27, of Scarbrough Avenue, Skegness. At Lincoln, in Burton Lane End, was in charge of a vehicle on a road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £250 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.

* Richard King, 43, of North Parade, Skegness. At Skegness, in Burgh Road, used a vehicle without insurance. £660 fine. £66 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.
