In each case, discharged conditionally for two years. In each, £100 compensation to pay. Mark Elsworth, 54, of William Way, Skegness. At Skegness, at Tesco, committed assault. £50 compensation to pay. To be detained in the courthouse until the court rises. At Skegness, on the same date, stole a carton of juice, grapes, and Jaffa Cakes to an unknown value from Tesco. To be detained in the courthouse until the court rises.

RESTRAINING ORDER

Ross Thompson, 20, of Glentworth Crescent, Skegness. At Lincoln, without reasonable excuse, contacted an individual which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Committed to detention for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months. At Lincoln, on the previous day, committed assault by beating. Committed to detention for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months. £122 victim surcharge. Overall length of sentence: 10 weeks.

Jason Abbott, 45, of Sloothby Road, Willoughby, Alford. At Willoughby, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to stalking and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment in that he placed a tracking device on two vehicles used by them without their knowledge with the intention to track their movements. Restraining order made. £250 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
