COMMUNITY ORDER

Daivaras Petrauskas, 25, of Hessle Drive, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on two dates as instructed. Order to continue, but varied. Unpaid Work Requirement: 105 hours (five hours added for breach).

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Antonia Hickman, 26, of Caleb Hill Road, Old Leake. At Old Leake, damaged a window pane belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage it or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 10 days. £100 compensation to be paid. At Old Leake, on an earlier date, committed the same offence. Community order made, as above. Restraining order made. £100 compensation to be paid. At Old Leake, on the same date to the more recent act of criminal damage, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. No separate penalty. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for an offence of using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm, or distress. No action taken. Order to continue.

DRINK DRIVING

Scott O’Connell, 35, c/o Days Lane, Donington. At Spalding, in St Thomas Road, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 78 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £337 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 40 months. Driving record endorsed. At Spalding, in St Thomas Road, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance and drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. In each case, no separate penalty and driving record endorsed.

DRIVING WHILE DISQUALIFIED

Arkadiusz Czerwinski, 31, of Red Cap Lane, Boston. At Boston, in Red Cap Lane, drove while disqualified. £375 fine. £37 victim surcharge. £310 costs. Disqualified from driving for nine months. Driving record endorsed. At Boston, in Red Cap Lane, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. At Boston, in Red Cap Lane, on the same date, failed to stop a vehicle he was driving after being required to do so by a constable in uniform. No separate penalty.

Fernando Dinca, 24, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Crowland, on the A16, permitted another to use a vehicle without insurance. £660 fine. £66 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Public order

John Webster, 47, of Gold Fen Dike Bank, Wrangle. At Sleaford, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause them to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate unlawful violence by them whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £21 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

RESTRAINING ORDER

Daniel Smith, 38, of Stennett Avenue, Spalding. At Boston, without reasonable excuse, were in communication with another which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. £40 fine. At Spalding, on the same date, committed the same offence. £40 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Daniel Thompson, 37, c/o Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Kirton, without reasonable excuse, attempted to contact another which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. £200 fine. £32 victim surcharge.

SUSPENDED SENTENCE ORDER

Vadims Sasimavs, 24, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend initial appointments on two dates. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence: at Boston, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, namely South Street, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a credit card blade. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of eight weeks implemented. At Boston, in Willoughby Road, on a later date, had in his possession a small quantity of amphetamine – a class B drug. £80 fine. £32 victim surcharge. Amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed. At Boston, in Willoughby Road, on the same date, had in his possession a small quantity of cannabis – a class B drug. £80 fine. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

THEFT

Brandon Harris, 23, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, stole confectionary to the value of £2.50 from B&M. £83 fine. At Boston, on a later date, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. £166 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order imposed for the offences of false representation and theft. No action taken on breach. Order to continue.

Samuel Vince, 23, of Skirbeck Gardens, Boston. At Sleaford Railway Station, stole a pedal cycle to the value of £350. Committed to prison for two weeks. £350 compensation to pay. At Boston, on a later date, without the consent of the owner, or other lawful authority, took a car for the use of himself or another. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Ryan Roland-Shrubb, 21, of Brothertoft Court, Boston. At Boston, stole a box of flowers to the value of £12 from The Bear House. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £12 compensation to pay. £21 victim surcharge. At Boston, on an earlier date, stole a bottle of fragrance to the value of £72 from Oldrids. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

UNFIT TO DRIVE

Karen Webber, 53, of Farncombe Street, Farncombe, Godalming, Surrey. At Wyberton, in West End Road, drove while unfit to drive through drink. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.
