James Scott, 21, of Gleed Avenue, Donington. At Spalding, in Commercial Road, on March 7, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 63 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of eight weeks implemented as consecutive term. At Lincoln, in Woodfield Avenue, on January 15, stole a pedal cycle of an unknown value. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of three weeks implemented as consecutive term. At Boston, between April 13 and June 3, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment and which he ought to have known amounted to harassment – two counts. For both charges, suspended sentence of imprisonment of eight weeks implemented, one as a consecutive term, the other concurrent. At Boston, between June 22 and 24, without reasonable excuse, attended an address and demanded money from the occupants which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Suspended sentence of eight weeks implemented as concurrent term. Overall length of sentence: 39 weeks. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for the offences of theft and criminal damage. No action taken on breach.
