ASSAULT

Rebecca Bland, 50, of Ashby Road, Spilsby. At Spilsby, in Main Road, on May 9, assaulted an police officer, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker. £100 compensation to pay. £85 costs.

DRINK DRIVING

Laura Gowland, 33, of Walls Lane, Ingoldmells. At Skegness, in Park Avenue, on August 17, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 54 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £300 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for four years. Driving record endorsed. At the M5 North Gloucester Services, between junction 12 and 11A and into Gloucester Services, on September 8, 2018, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 56 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. £150 fine. Disqualified from driving for three years. Driving record endorsed. At the same location, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. At the same location, on the same date, used a vehicle without a test certificate. No separate penalty.

DRUG DRIVING

Rowan Matthews, 27, of Crabtree Lane, Sutton on Sea. At Skegness, in Roman Bank, on October 9 of last year, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood equalled 9.1 micrograms. Legal limit 2mcg. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 60 hours. £85 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Driving record endorsed.

PUBLIC ORDER

Stevie Crofts, 32 of Ashby Road, Spilsby. At Spilsby, in West End, on January 11, used or threatened unlawful violence towards another and her conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to feat for their personal safety. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. Restraining order made. £122 victim surcharge. At Spilsby, in West End, on the same date, had with her, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a knife. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. Overall length of sentence: 16 weeks. Order made to deprive the defendant of their rights in relation to the knife. At Spilsby, in West End, on the same date, damaged a motor vehicle belonging to another to a value under £5,000, intending to damage such property. £100 compensation to pay.

WEAPON

Dale Clark, 42, of Drummond Road, Skegness. At Skegness, on November 17 of last year, had in his possession a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid, namely chlorobenzylidene malononotrile (CS gas). £220 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. CS gas to be forfeited and destroyed.
