At Skegness, between November 15, 2016, and March 20, 2018, dishonestly failed to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which he knew or ought to have known would affect his entitlement to Disability Living Allowance, namely that his mobility and care needs had improved.

Martin Warner, 34, of Burgh Road, Skegness. At Revesby, in Main Road, on August 12 of 2019, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his blood equalled 103 milligrammes in 100 millilitres. Nathan Storey, 37, of Richmond Way, Kimberworth, Rotherham. At Skegness, at the Dainville Caravan Site, on August 22, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 88 microgrammes per 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg.
