At Boston, on July 26, 2020, assaulted an emergency worker, namely a staff nurse, acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker, by beating them. Community order made. At Boston, on September 20, assaulted an emergency worker, namely an ambulance technician, acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker, by beating them. DRINK DRIVING

Jonaitis Audruus, 32, of King Street, Kirton. At Boston, on the A16, on April 4, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 74 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Zara Cook, 36, c/o Marsh Avenue, Boston. At Boston, on June 26, 2020, had in her possession a quantity of methadone – a class A drug. £100 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Methadone to be forfeited and destroyed. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

FAILED TO COMPLY

Vincent Crunkhorn, 65, of Town Dam Lane, Donington. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 8, 2020, by failing to attend as instructed on March 19, 2021, and April 9, 2021. Order varied, removing Unpaid Work Requirement, keeping Alcohol Treatment Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. £120 fine. £65 costs.

Egibijus Palionis, 36, of Witham Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made on September 10, 2020, by failing to attend as instructed on March 21, 2021, and April 8, 2021. Order to continue. £10 fine. £65 costs.

FRAUD

Brandon Fields, 22, of Orchard Way, Coningsby. At Coningsby, between June 1, 2020, and September 5, 2020, committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely that he was the owner of a toolbox and able to sell the same, intending to make a gain of £800 for himself. £440 compensation to pay.

GOOD WORKING ORDER

Maria Druva, 58, of Donington Road, Bicker. At Boston, in Fydell Crescent, on October 24, used a vehicle on which not every rear position lamp was in good working order. £220 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £90 costs.
