DOG OUT OF CONTROL

Rita Grigaliunaite, 46, of Laughton Road, Boston. 
At Boston, on April 28, were in charge of a dog, namely a mixed breed Staffordshire bull terrier type dog, which was dangerously out of control in the Ingelow Avenue recreation park and while out of control injured a person and killed their dog. Order made that the dog be kept under proper control by being excluded from the Ingelow Avenue recreation park, by being securely held on a lead by a person who is not less than 16 years old, and by being securely fitted with a muzzle to prevent it biting any person. £500 compensation to pay.

Sara Morgan, 38, of Drayton Road, Swineshead. At Wainfleet, in Spilsby Road, on May 9, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 63 microgrammes per 100 millilitres.
