Rita Grigaliunaite, 46, of Laughton Road, Boston. 
At Boston, on April 28, were in charge of a dog, namely a mixed breed Staffordshire bull terrier type dog, which was dangerously out of control in the Ingelow Avenue recreation park and while out of control injured a person and killed their dog. Order made that the dog be kept under proper control by being excluded from the Ingelow Avenue recreation park, by being securely held on a lead by a person who is not less than 16 years old, and by being securely fitted with a muzzle to prevent it biting any person. £500 compensation to pay.
