ASSAULT

Anthony Robertson, 29, of no fixed abode. At Ingoldmells, assaulted a police officer in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker – three counts. In each case, committed to prison for three weeks, with the terms running consecutive to each other. In one case, to pay compensation of £50. At Ingoldmells, on the same date, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of their duty. No separate penalty. At Ingoldmells, on the same date, damaged a table and a glass bowl to an unknown value belonging to another and a TV to an unknown value belonging to another, with intent or by being reckless as to whether it would be damaged. In each case, committed to prison for one week to run concurrent to other terms. Commission of a further offence during the operation period of a suspended sentence made for the offences of actual bodily harm, assaulting an emergency worker (three counts), and assault by beating. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Suspended sentence of 16 weeks implemented as a sentence of 12 weeks to run consecutive to other terms. Four suspended sentences of two weeks implemented as concurrent terms. Overall length of sentence: 21 weeks.

DRINK DRIVING

Peter Jarvis, 34, of Pulteney Road, Loughborough. At Ingoldmells, in Anchor Lane, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 41 microgrammes per 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £266 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £150 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

Kyle Timson, 23, of Black-A-Tree Road, Nuneaton. At Skegness, in Burlington Road, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 63 microgrammes per 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Unpaid Work Requirement. £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Driving record endorsed. At Skengess, in Burlington Road, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance and drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalties. In each case, driving record endorsed. At Boston, in Holtoft End, on the same date, failed to stop a vehicle we was driving on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. No separate penalty.

DRUG DRIVING

Darryl Henderson, 28, of Cavendish Road, Skegness. At Skegness, in Grosvenor Road, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood equalled 9.8 micrograms per litre. Legal limit 2mcg. £161 fine. £30 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

Shane Morgan, 21, of Halton Road, Spilsby. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his blood equalled 800 micrograms per litre. Legal limit 50mcg. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, on the same date, drove a motor vehicle when the proportion of the controlled drug cocaine in his blood equalled 37 micrograms per litre. Legal limit 10 mcg. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, on the same date drove when the proportion of the controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood equalled three micrograms per litre. Legal limit 2mcg. In each case, community order made – Unpaid Work Requirement: 80 hours. In each case, disqualified from driving for 12 months and driving record endorsed. £85 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

DRUG POSSESSION

Bailey Brooks, 19, of Hollis Street, Derby. At Partney, had in his possession a gram of cocaine – a class A drug. £350 fine. £35 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. At Partney, in Hardings Lane, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance. £350 fine. Driving record endorsed with eight points. KNIFE

John Harvey, 35, c/o Ida Road, Skegness. At Skegness, without good excuse or lawful authority, had in a public place, namely Skegness Hospital, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a Stanley knife. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. £90 victim surcharge. Order made to deprive defendant of his rights in relation to the knife.
