Ryan Dobson, 34, of Hebron Avenue, Pegswood, Morpeth, Northumberland. At Boston, in Main Ridge East, assaulted a police constable, thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm. Committed to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for two years. At Boston, in Main Ridge East, on the same date, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions an emergency worker, by beating them. Committed to prison for four weeks, to run consecutive to other terms. At Boston, in Dolphin Lane, on the same date, assaulted another by beating them. DISORDERLY

Alexandru Tesoi, 25, of Carlton Avenue East, Wembley, Brent. At Boston, in a public place, namely Sibsey Lane, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. No separate penalty. At Boston Police Station, on the same date, wilfully obstructed a police sergeant in the execution of their duty. At Boston, in Main Ridge East, used a vehicle when the grooves of the tread pattern on the nearside rear tyre were not at least 1.6mm throughout a continuous band comprising the central three-quarters of the breadth of tread. £440 fine. £44 victim surcharge.
