Craig Ruby, 28, of Spilsby Road, New Leake. At Skegness, aided, abetted, 
counselled and procured another to commit assault, thereby

Kevin Swingler, 34, of Cecil Avenue, Skegness. At Boston, used threatening or abusive or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm, or distress thereby. No separate penalty. At Skegness, on an earlier date, having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Peacocks, stole clothing to an unknown value. Community order made with Unpaid Work Requirement – 120 hours. BURGLARY

Marius Pilicouskas, 18, of Tilney Avenue, Boston. At Boston, having entered as a trespasser Church Keys Wine Bar and Restaurant, stole bottles of spirits – two counts, one involving 15 bottles to the value of £500, and a second, on a later date, bottles to the value of £250. In each case, community order made – curfew requirement with electronic monitoring and rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay compensation of £900. At Boston, on an earlier date, attempted to enter Church Keys Wine Bar and Restaurant as a trespasser with intent to steal. Community order made – as above.

DRINK DRIVING

Karl Rose, 46, of Belton Close, Boston. At Boston, in High Street, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 92 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Committed to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months. £122 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for three years. Driving record endorsed.

DISORDERLY

David Murfitt, 41, of Turner Avenue, Lincoln. At Boston, in a public place, namely Maud Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour.
