CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Daniel Edgell, 33, of Roman Bank, Spalding. At Boston Custody Suite, damaged a cell by throwing food around it, causing it to require a deep cleaning, to a value unknown, with intent or by being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. To pay compensation of £90. At Boston, on a later date, failed to surrender to custody having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. £50 fine. £45 costs.

At Boston, in High Street, on a date in 2018, with a view to gain for themselves or another, or with intent to cause loss to another, and without the consent of the proprietor, had in their possession, custody or control in the course of a business, goods, namely cigarettes, which bore, or the packaging which bore, a sign identical to, or likely to be mistaken for, a registered trademark, namely Mayfair, with a view to you or another selling them. Ovibijus Mackevicus, 25, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boston, in Sleaford Road, used a vehicle when the grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre fitted to the front nearside wheel were not of a depth of at least 1mmm throughout a continuous band measuring at least three-quarters of the breadth of the tread. £220 fine. £30 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
