Daniel Kenyon, 30, The Saw Mills, Blackpool. At Skegness, assaulted another by beating them – three counts from the same date. In one case, £583 fine, the other two, no separate penalty. £58 victim surcharge.

Ricky Revell, 32, of Bermuda Village, Nuneaton. At Skegness, in North Shore Road, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Charlie Patrick, 24, of Buckingham Drive, Chapel St Leonards. At Skegness, in Roman Bank, drove when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood equalled 7 micrograms per litre. FAILED TO COMPLY

Simon Ball, 26, of Cherry Tree Chalet Park Centre, Ingoldmells. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend a planned office appointment on a date in August and an unpaid work session in September. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of 23 weeks implemented.

FRAUD

Matthew Wager, 30, of Festival Anenue, Ingoldmells. At Ingoldmells, between April 1, 2013, and August 13, 2018, committed fraud in that he failed to disclose to East Lindsey District Council information, namely that his household income had increased, which he was under a legal duty to disclose, intending, by the failure, to make a gain, namely Council Tax reduction, for himself. Community order made, with Unpaid Work Requirement (110 hours). £85 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Ingoldmells, between the same dates, dishonestly failed to promptly notify a local authority, namely East Lindsey District Council, of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect his entitlement to Housing Benefit, namely that his household income had increased. Community order made, as above.

HANDLING

Alexander Tapsfield, 30, of West End, Spilsby. At Spilsby, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal, or realisation of stolen goods – namely a bottle of vodka, a Karcher pressure washer, and a Dewalt grinder – of a value unknown, belonging to another by or for the benefit of himself or another or dishonestly arranged to do so, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. £120 fine. £30 victim surcharge. To be detained in the courthouse until the court rises.

SPECIMEN

Andrew Ogden, 46, of Denham Close, Skegness. At Skegness, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made with Alcohol Treatment Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. £85 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving record endorsed.

THEFT

Daniel Scoffield, 30, of Woodlands Avenue, Spilsby. At Skegness, stole coffee and washing items to the value of £85.05 from B&M. Committed to prison for four weeks, suspended for 12 months, to run concurrent to other terms. To pay compensation of £85.05. At Skegness, on the same date, used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, to run consecutive to other terms. At Spilsby, on a later date, stole 14 Adidas tops to the value of £280 from The Original Factory Shop. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, to run consecutive to other terms. At Spilsby, on the same date, used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, to run concurrent to other terms. Overall length of sentence: 12 weeks. Criminal Behaviour Order made for three years following conviction in August for the offence of shoplifting (two counts), prohibiting entrance to any retail premises in Lincolnshire except Costcutter and Lincolnshire Co-op Pharmancy, in Spilsby.
