At Skegness, on the same date, damaged a car windscreen to an unknown value belonging to another, with intent or by being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. £100 compensation. At Skegness, on the same date, with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress. Barry Perrin, 29, of Steve Newton Avenue, Horncastle. At The Guest House, in High Street, Burgh le Marsh, damaged items within the pub to an unknown value with intent or by being reckless as to whether they would be damaged. Committed to prison for four weeks to run concurrent to other terms, suspended for 12 months. £121 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At The Guest House, in High Street, Burgh le Marsh, on the same date, assaulted another by beating them. At The Guest House, in High Street, Burgh le Marsh, on the same date, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a kitchen knife. At Burgh le Marsh, in High Street, on the same date, assaulted a police officer, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. At The Guest House car park, in High Street, Burgh le Marsh, damaged two cars belonging to another to a value unknown by slashing their tyres, with intent or by being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged.
