DRINK DRIVING

David Terry, 60, of Clumber Street, Hucknall. At Skegness, in Sea Lane Extension, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 41 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

COMMUNITY ORDER COMPLIANCE

Daniel Smith, 31, of St Michael’s Lane, Wainfleet. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend for planned unpaid work induction appointments on two dates. £333 fine.

Paul Dudley, 48, of Barton Road, Wainfleet. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend for induction on two dates as instructed. Order to continued, but varied. Unpaid Work Requirement: 85 hours (five hours added).

DRIVING WHILE DISQUALIFIED/DRUG DRIVING

David Silwood, 42, of Golding Place, Wisbech. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, drove while disqualified from driving. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. At Skegness, on the same date, obstructed a police constable in the execution of their duty. No separate penalty. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood equalled 8.4 micrograms per litre of blood. Legal limit 2mcg. £120 fine. Disqualified from driving for three years. Driving record endorsed.

SEXUAL HARM PREVENTION ORDER COMPLIANCE

Jonathan Smith, 53, of The Square, Toynton All Saints, Spilsby. Between March 29, 2018, and June 26, 2019, without reasonable excuse, failed to register with Lincolnshire Police any name or number assigned to or used by him with any internet services or any other electronic communications medium to include email addresses, telephone numbers, and usernames, that he was prohibited from doing by a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Boston, between the same dates, , without reasonable excuse, did something prohibited by a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, namely possessed any device capable of storing digital images or online chat unless he made the device immediately available on request for inspection by a police officer or designated civilian officer employed by the police. No separate penalty.

THEFT

Spencer Hughes, 31, of South Terrace, Boston. At Skegness, between October 17 and 25, stole eight packs of tuna to the value of £40 from Spar, stole chocolate to the value of £92 from Wilko, stole coffee to the value of £75 from Spar, stole meat and cheese to the value of £75 from Costcutter, stole meat to the value of £208.02 from M&S Simply Food, and stole washing powder to the value of £70 from Costcutter. In each case, committed to prison for one month, all to run consecutive to each other. Between the same dates, without reasonable excuse, entered Spar, Wilko, Costcutter, and M&S Simply Food, which he was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order – six counts in total. In each case, committed to prison for one month to run concurrent to other terms. At Boston, between November 10 and December 16, stole coffee and food items to the value of £60 from Lincolnshire Co-op, stole coffee, chocolates, and other food items to the value of £75 from Lincolnshire Co-op, stole steak and cheese to the value of £120 from Lincolnshire Co-op, stole meat to the value of £15 from Lincolnshire Co-op, stole whiskey to the value of £100 from Lincolnshire Co-op, stole meat and chocolates to the value of £50 from Lincolnshire Co-op, stole chocolates and Jack Daniels to the value of £110 from Lincolnshire Co-op, and stole cheese to the value of £50 from Lincolnshire Co-op, stole gin and whiskey to the value of £130 from Lincolnshire Co-op. In each case, committed to prison for two months, three to run consecutive to other terms, the remainder concurrently. At Boston, in South Terrace, on December 17, had in his possession a quantity of spice – a class B drug. Committed to prison for one week to run concurrent to other terms. Spice to be forfeited and destroyed. Overall length of sentence: 12 months. Compensation totalling £1,275.02.
