COMMUNITY ORDER

Richard King, 43, of North Parade, Skegness. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend for induction on two dates. Order to continue. £100 fine.

CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR ORDER

Stacey Simons, 30, of Cheshire Grove, Skegness. At Skegness, without reasonable excuse, entered Tesco, in Richmond Drive, which she was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Discharged conditionally for six months. Criminal Behaviour Order varied. The defendant must not enter any retail premises in Lincolnshire, with the exception of Happy Shopper (as opposed to Morrisons), in Cecil Avenue, Skegness, in order to purchase provisions. £21 victim surcharge. At Skegness, on an earlier date, committed the same offence. Discharged conditionally for six months.

Luke Watchorn, 24, of Mount Pleasant, Alford. At Alford, breached a domestic violence protection order. £50 fine.

Ellen Walker, 41, of Bracken Lane, Hogsthorpe, Skegness. At Lincoln, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence when required. Driving record endorsed with six points. No totting disqualification due to mitigating circumstances. £240 fine. £30 victim surcharge. £100 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. At Lincoln, on an earlier date, committed the same offence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with six points. At Orby, in Marsh Lane, on an earlier date still, used a vehicle without a test certificate. No separate penalty.

Adam Hopkins, 29, of Birch Grove, Alford. At Alford, in Bluestone Heath Road, drove without due care and attention. £120 fine. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed. At Alford, in Bluestone Heath Road, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Driving record endorsed. At Alford, in Bluestone Heath Road, on the same date, drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. At Alford, on the same date, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of their duty. No separate penalty.

RESTRAINING ORDER

Jonathan Mullins, 45, of Walls Avenue, Burgh le Marsh. At Skegness, without reasonable excuse, he attended an address which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Committed to prison for 18 weeks. Restraining order made. £122 victim surcharge. At Burgh le Marsh, on the same date, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed. Committed to prison for 18 weeks to run concurrent to the other terms. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed. At Skegness, on the same date, damaged a Ring CCTV camera to an unknown value belonging to another, with intent or by being reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. No separate penalty. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence: at Burgh le Marsh, between dates in May and June of last year, pursued a course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment. Suspended sentence of imprisonment implemented as a sentence of 10 weeks to run consecutive to other terms. Overall length of sentence: 28 weeks. In each case, suspended sentences of imprisonment to run concurrent to each other to an overall length of eight weeks.

Daniel Austin, 33, of no fixed abode. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend for induction on two dates. No adjudication – dealt with for original offences: failed to surrender to custody having been released on bail in criminal proceedings (three counts), shoplifting (14 counts, two in Skegness); and at Skegness, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, namely Roman Bank, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a lock knife; dating between May 29 and December 5. In each case, suspended sentences of imprisonment (one of one week, the rest eight weeks) implemented to run concurrent to each other. Overall length of sentence: eight weeks.
