At the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. PUBLIC ORDER

Toms Baltins, 18, of Hamilton Way, Coningsby. At Lincoln, used towards another threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. THEFT

William Smith, 31, of Mayflower Road, Boston. At Boston, on February 16, stole chocolate to the value of £12.50 from Heron Foods. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, to run concurrent to other terms. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order imposed for the offences of shoplifting (two counts). No action taken. At Boston, on December 13, stole a quantity of scratch cards of an unknown value from One Stop Stores. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, to run concurrent to other terms. £48 compensation to pay. At Boston, having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Freshtime Boston, stole therein items of a value unknown – six counts, one from August 4, three from August 6, and one each from August 8 and 9. Samuel Vince, 23, of Quadring Road, Donington. At Boston, stole two jackets and a bag to the value of £250 from Trespass Stores. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £250 compensation to pay. £85 costs. At Boston, on a later date, stole headphones and mobile telephone charger to the value of £31 from Asda. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

TYRES

Craig Cunningham, 46, of Tower Road, Boston. At Boston, on the A52, used a vehicle when the grooves of the tread pattern of tyres fitted to the two rear wheels were not of a depth of at least 1mm throughout a continuous band measuring at least three-quarters of the breadth of the tread. £440 fine. £44 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
