Matthew Cockrell, 30, of Smith Square, Balby, Doncaster. At Skegness, committed assault by beating. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 100 hours. £90 victim surcharge. £200 costs. At Louth, on the same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. No separate penalty.

DRINK DRIVING

Plucas Richardas, 26, of Robsinson Avenue, Alford. At Ulceby, on the A1028 Main Road, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 50 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. Legal limit – 35mcg. £450 fine. £45 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Driving record endorsed.

DUE CARE AND ATTENTION

Del Oswald, 20, of Sunningdale Drive, Skegness. At Hagworthingham, on the A158, drove without due care and attention. £261 fine. £32 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with seven points.

Darryl Henderson, 28, of Cavendish Road, Skegness. At Orby, in Gunby Road, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in blood equalled 4.5 micrograms per litre. Legal limit 2mg. £80 fine. £32 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Driving record endorsed.

DRUGS

Vidzajs Jezdovskis, 38, of no fixed abode. At Skegness, had in his possession a quantity of heroin – a class A drug. Heroin to be forfeited and destroyed. To be detained in courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. At Skegness, on the same date, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis – a class B drug. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. To be detained in courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. At Skegness, on the same date, damaged a building door to an unknown value belonging to the Grand Hotel, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. To be detained in courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

HAND-HELD MOBILE TELEPHONE

Martin Puffet, 42, of Halls Drive, Coventry. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, drove while using a hand-held mobile telephone. No totting disqualification due to mitigating circumstances. £100 fine. £30 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Ian Lillis, 39, of Alford Road, Willoughby, Alford. At Willoughby, used or threatened unlawful violence towards another and his conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for their personal safety. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. £112 victim surcharge. £300 costs. Axe to be forfeited and destroyed.

THEFT

Sarah Smith, 30, of The Chase, Peterborough. At Spalding, between January 4 and 31, stole: razors to an unknown value from Wilkinsons, three bottle of alcohol to an unknown value from Sainsbury’s (six counts), bottles of alcohol to the value of £25 from Aldi, shampoo bottles to the value of £20 from the Co-op, and sandwiches to the value of £10 from Greggs. In each case, committed to prison for eight weeks to run concurrent to each other. £122 victim services. £25 compensation to pay in relation to the Aldi offence, £20 in relation to the Co-op offence, £10 in relation to the Greggs offence. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication – dealt with for original offences: between January 15, 2017, and January 8, 2018, at Skegness, stole Red Bull drinks and laundry products to the value of £33 from Asda, coffee and laundry products to the value of £82.49 from Asda, laundry products to the value of £96.94 from Asda, laundry products to the value of £6 from Asda, various goods to an unknown value from B&M, chocolate to the value of £56 from B&M, bedding and laundry products to the value of £41.96 from Home Bargains, board games to the value of £59.98 from The Works, Red Bull drinks to an unknown value from Heron Foods, laundry products to an unknown value from Wilkinson, washing machine gel to the value of £59.85 from Lidl, razors and razor blades to the value of £175 from Boots, make up products to the value of £49.95 from Boots, alcohol to the value of £146 from Marks & Spencer, wine to the value of £61.40 from Asda, nine SuperDry gift sets valued at £144 from Boots; and at Spalding, books to the value of £21.77 from Bookmark, three tubs of Whey Gain Protein to the value of £134.97 from Holland and Barrett, three tubs of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein to the value of £134.97 from Holland and Barrett, two tubs of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein to the value of £89.98 from Holland and Barrett, clothing to the value of £120 from Next, two joints of meat and dishwaster tablets of an unspecified value from Morrisons, and six tins of paint to the value of £88.68. In each case, suspended sentence of imprisonment of 20 weeks implemented as a sentence of four weeks, one to run consecutive to other terms, the remainder to run concurrently. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence: at Skegness, on June 5, 2018, stole six air fresheners to the value of £19.94 from Home Bargains, and, on the same date, entered a store other than Boots or Morrisons, namely Home Bargains, which he was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order. In each case, committed to prison for two weeks, one of run consecutive to the other terms, the other to run concurrently. At Boston, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Committed to prison for one week to run concurrent to other terms. Overall length of sentence: 14 weeks.
