COMMUNITY ORDER

Oliver Wright, 37, of Margaret Drive, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend for unpaid work appointments on two dates. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. At Roughton Moor, in Horncastle Road, as a driver, after being involved in an accident whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop, and, on being required by a person having reasonable grounds for so requiring, failed to give his name and address and the name and address of the owner of the vehicle and the identification marks of the vehicle. £300 fine. Community order revoked.

DRUGS

Karol Frankowski, 27, of Riverside Lodge, Boston. At Boston, had in his possession a quantity of amphetamine – a class B drug. £160 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Paul Hills, 56, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Boston, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis – a class B drug. £200 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Cannabis and related growing equipment to be forfeited and destroyed.

Lukasz Siksnius, 19, of Main Ridge East, Boston. At Boston, in Freiston Road, as a driver, after being involved in an accident whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop. £250 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. SUSPENDED SENTENCE

Katrina Hooper, 29, of Hartley Street, Boston. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend planned office appointments on three dates and failed to provide any acceptable explanation for these absences. Suspended sentence imposed for the offence of possession of a knife blade/sharply pointed article in a public place varied. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for 12 months. THEFT

Andrew Stringer, 37, of Clifton Road, Boston. At Boston, stole meat to the value of £35 from Co-op stores. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £35 compensation to pay. £20 costs. At Boston, on a later date, stole meat to the value of £30.40 belonging to Co-op stores. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £30.40 compensation to pay. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend a planned office visit on two dates. £40 fine.
