DISORDERLY

Liam Conneely, 23, of Cecil Avenue, Skegness. At Skegness, in Grand Parade, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months. £21 victim surcharge.

DRINK DRIVING

Jean Heighton, 55, of Sorby Close, Skegness. At Skegness, in Roman Bank, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £80 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

INSURANCE/LICENCE/MOT

Thomas Stevenson, 62, of Berkeley Drive, Bourne. At Stickford, on the A16, used a vehicle without insurance. £600 fine. £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Darren Ralph, 48, of Sloothby High Lane, Sloothby, Alford. Between March 26 and April 6, of last year, breached the terms of a notice issued under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 in January of that year by East Lindsey District Council. £450 fine. £45 victim surcharge. £746.67 costs.

James Allender, 34, of Rutland Road, Skegness. At Skegness, in Roman Bank, without reasonable excuse, was in company with an individual which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. At Skegness, in Roman Bank, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance and drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. In each case, no separate penalty and driving record endorsed.

SPECIMEN

David Jeacock, 68, of West End Crescent, Spilsby. At Skegness, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £156 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Driving record endorsed.
