COMMUNITY ORDER – COMPLIANCE

Andrew Lindsay, 33, of Granville Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend scheduled Alcohol Treatment Requirement appointments on two dates. Order varied. Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring (now ended). Alcohol Treatment Requirement. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. £85 costs.

DRUGS

Dominik Ceranski, 22, of no fixed abode. At Boston, had in his possession a quantity of amphetamine – a class B drug. Amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed. To be detained in the courthouse until the court rises. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge imposed for the offences of possession of a class B drug. No action taken on breach.

IN CHARGE OF VEHICLE

Vitalie Mocanu, 32, of King Street, Boston. At Boston, in Tattershall Road, was in charge of a vehicle when the proportion of cocaine in his blood equalled 35 micrograms per litre. Legal limit – 10 micrograms. £390 fine. £39 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with 10 points. At Boston, in Tattershall Road, on the same date, was in charge of a vehicle when the proportion of benzoylecgonine in his blood equalled 460 micrograms per litre. Legal limit – 50 micrograms. At Boston, in Tattershall Road, on the same date, was in charge of a vehicle when the proportion of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood equalled 5.2 micrograms per litre. Legal limit – 2 mcg. In each case, no separate penalty and driving record endorsed.

INSURANCE/LICENCE/MOT

Kajus Sarunas, 18, of Linden Way, Boston. At Boston, in Brothertoft Road, used a vehicle without insurance. £300 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Driving record endorsed with six points.

OBSTRUCTED police constable

David Leggatt, 48, of Carver Road, Boston. At Boston, obstructed a police constable in the execution of their duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £21 victim surcharge.

SPECIMEN OF BREATH

Tadas Kucinskas, 45, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 100 hours. £90 victim surcharge. £200 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Driving record endorsed. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offences of assault (three counts). Order to continue. £400 fine.

Jaqueline Nightingale, 46, of Stagshaw Drive, Fletton. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £275 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Driving record endorsed.

THEFT

Craig Revell, 31, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, stole three boxes of detergent to the value of £14.97 from Home Bargains. Committed to prison for four weeks to run concurrent to other terms. £14.97 compensation to pay. £85 costs. Commission of a further offence while during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offence of theft – four counts. No adjudication – dealt with for original offences. First, at Boston, on July 26, 2017, stole three air fresheners to the value of £14.97 from B&M; second, at Wyberton, on July 1, 2018, stole meat products to the value of £50 from Co-operative Food Ltd; third, at Boston, on October 14, 2018, stole clothing to an unknown value from New Look; fourth, at Boston, on October 15, 2018, stole hair straighteners to the value of £26.99 from B&M. In each case, suspended sentence of eight weeks implemented, one to run consecutively, the remainder concurrently. Overall length of sentence: eight weeks.
