COMMUNITY ORDER – COMPLIANCE

Marius Pilicouskas, 19, of Tilney Avenue, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to comply with an electronically monitored curfew, accumulating 6 hours and 22 minutes of time violations between November 23 and 24 and between November 26 and December 21. SEXUAL OFFENCE – COMMUNICATION

Jason Church, 20, of Reform Street, Crowland. Between a date in December 2018 and another in January 2019, being a person aged 18 or over, for the purposed of obtaining sexual gratification, intentionally communicated with a person under 16 who he did not reasonably believe to be 16 or over, the communication being sexual. Community order made. Programme Requirement. Sex Offender Treatment Programme. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 30 days. Sexual Harm Prevention Order made on conviction for five years. £85 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Required to register with the police for five years.
