Algimantas Svanas, 65, of Ingram Road, Boston. At Boston, in Fydell Street, on February 23, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 114 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limt 35mcg. £200 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 28 months. Driving record endorsed.

Lukas Butkas, 27, of Barrington Gate, Holbeach. At Boston, in Woodville Road, on June 30, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 94 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Committed to prison for three months. Disqualified from driving for five years. Driving record endorsed. At Boston, in Woodville Road, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. RESTRAINING ORDER

Vincent Jackson, 35, of Hawthorn Hill, Dogdyke. At Dogdyke, between April 17 and May 27, without reasonable excuse, breached a restraining order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks.
