DRINK DRIVING

Andrej Ladinskij, 35, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Boston, in Fishtoft Road, on April 28, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 117 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £500 fine. £50 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 23 months. Driving record endorsed.

DRIVING WHILE DISQUALIFIED

Alan Ebbutt, 40, of Grovefield Lane, Freiston, Boston. At Tattershall, in Sleaford Road, on July 4, drove while disqualified. Committed to prison for 24 weeks due to flagrant disregard for court orders. £128 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed. At Tattershall, in Sleaford Road, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. At Scredington, in Church Lane, between June 26 and 28, drove while disqualified. Committed to prison for 24 weeks, to run concurrently, due to flagrant disregard for court orders. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence: At Osbournby, in The Drove, on January 16, drove while disqualified. Suspended sentence of 16 weeks implemented as concurrent term. Laura Bobeck, 21, of Kings Court, Kirton. At Kirton, in London Road, on March 20, used a vehicle without insurance. £358 fine. £35 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six points.

RESTRAINING ORDER

William Green, 21, of Brand End Road, Butterwick. At Boston, on November 2, without reasonable excuse, contacted an individual via a third party which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. £175 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

SPECIMEN

John Joy, 69, of Edinburgh Crescent, Kirton. At Boston Police Station, on May 1, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £200 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Driving record endorsed.
