ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

Gary Gosling, 31, of Poppy Drive, Coningsby. At Coningsby, in Poppy Drive, on January 16, caused nuisance and annoyance to the residents by shouting, swearing, and playing loud music which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Committed to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for one year. At Coningsby, on October 18 of last year, committed assault thereby occasioning actual bodily harm. Committed to prison for 10 weeks, to run consecutive to the other term, suspended for one year. £500 compensation to pay. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for breach of a criminal behaviour order (four counts) and common assault (three counts). Suspended sentence varied to: committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 24 months; Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 33 days (three days more); Alcohol Treatment Requirement.

ASSAULT

Leonards Lomass, 52, of Tilney Avenue, Boston. At Boston, on March 29, assaulted a police officer, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker. £300 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Sergiu Dragomir, 37, of Claire Court, West Street, Enderby, Leicester. At Boston, on February 18, committed assault. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 30 days. Unpaid Work Requirement: 100 hours. £95 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Boston, on August 8, broke his bail conditions, namely not to contact an individual in any way/not to enter Lincolnshire except to attend court. Remand decision: sentenced on associated case.

Tye Holmes-Parker, 21, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, on July 9, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 30 days. £40 fine. £95 victim surcharge. Earlier community order revoked.

DRINK DRIVING

Nicolae Sandu, 28, of Tower Street, Boston. At Boston, in Tunnard Street, on April 19, drove after consuming so much alcohol in breath equalled 66 microgrammes in 100 milliltres. Legal limit 35mcg. £400 fine. £40 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Driving record endorsed.

DRUG DRIVING

Karl Leveridge, 33, of Croft Close, Holdingham, Sleaford. At Boston, in Horncastle Road, on September 29 of last year, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug cocaine in blood was 14 micrograms per litre. Legal limit 10 mcg. Committed to prison for two months. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed. At Boston, in Horncastle Road, on the same date, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his blood equalled 460 micrograms per litre. Legal limit 50 mcg. At Boston, in Horncastle Road, on the same date, as a driver, failed to stop on being required to do so by a constable in uniform, used a vehicle without insurance, and drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. At Boston, on March 10, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis – a class B drug. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
