Egibijus Palionis, 36, of Tuner Street, Boston. At Boston, on March 29, committed assault. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. Unpaid Work Requirement: 80 hours. Restraining order made. £100 compensation to pay. £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Lincoln, on August 10, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Community order made, as above.

BICYCLE

Benjamin Tindall, 18, of Main Ridge West, Boston. At Boston, in Church Street, on February 3, were one of two persons carried on a bicycle which was not constructed or adapted to carry more than one person. £220 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Andrzej Semeniuk, 52, of Clarke Court, Wyberton. At Boston, in Tilney Avenue, on December 4, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood equalled 2.6 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 2mcg. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

Patrick Horton, 40, of Whitehall, Gosberton. At Spalding, on December 30, with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 150 hours. £250 compensation to pay. £90 victim surcharge. At Spalding, on the same date, resisted a constable in the execution on their duty. No separate penalty. At Boston, on the same date, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker. Community order made.
