ASSAULT

Saffron Poole, 19, of Derby Avenue, Skegness. At Lincoln, on July 28, committed assault. Discharged conditionally for six months. £22 victim surcharge.

Ricky Surman, 36, of no fixed abode. At Skegness, on September 4, committed assault. Community order made. Programme Requirement. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement up to 20 days. Unpaid Work Requirement: 50 hours. £150 compensation to pay. £90 victim surcharge. At Skegness, on the same date, committed assault. Community order made, as above.

Aaron Dolan, 32, of no fixed abode. At Skegness, on July 14, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker. Committed to prison for 14 days. £50 compensation to pay.

FEAR OF VIOLENCE

Ryan Elliott, 26, of Sea View Road, Skegness. At Derbyshire, between March 18 and April 22 of this year, caused someone to fear that violence would be used against them by his course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known would cause fear of violence to them and a second person – two counts. For each offence, community order made as follows: Rehabilitation Activity Requirement – up to 25 days. For each offence, restraining order made. £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

HARASSMENT

Liam Casey, 29, of Old Market Avenue, Spilsby. At Spilsby, on August 6 of last year, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 80 hours. Restraining order made. £90 victim surcharge. £400 costs.

Ilia Kaptiev, 30, of Frith Bank, Frithville. At Spalding, on the A16, on April 21, used a vehicle without insurance. £660 fine. £88 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points. At the same location, on the same date, drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. £220 fine. Driving record endorsed.

Jonathen Buck, 38, of Firbeck Avenue, Skegness. At Ingoldmells, in Sea Lane, on February 27, used a vehicle without insurance. £660 fine. £66 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Stuart Davies, 41, of Retford Road, Worksop, Nottinghamshire. At Skegness, in Burgh Road, drove when he was using a hand-held mobile telephone. £220 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

SPECIMEN

Stephen Kelsall, 37, of Simpson Close, Chapel St Leonards. At Skegness, on April 12, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Michael Fisher, 49, of Schrimshaw Court, Skegness. At Skegness, on December 19, stole a 14ct gold ring of an unknown value. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 100 hours. £1,200 compensation. £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
