CRIMINAL DAMAGE

David Stewart, 35, of Scarborough Avenue, Skegness. At Derby, on May 6, damaged a police vehicle of a value unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. £200 compensation to pay.

DRINK DRIVING

Robert Bradbury, 28, of Broom Hall Crescent, Birmingham. At Ingoldmells, at Coral Beach Caravan Park, on August 28, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 70 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. £350 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving record endorsed.

Gary Greenhouse, 40, of Matt Pits Lane, Wainfleet. At Grantham, on the A52, on June 4, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 60 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. £120 fine. £33.95 victim surcharge. £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Driving record endorsed. At the same location, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

DUE CARE

Billy Garside, 44, of Hudson Way, Skegness. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, on December 29, drove without due care and attention. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring (now complete). Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: 25 days. £122 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving record endorsed. At Skegness, on the same date, wilfully obstructed two police constables in the execution of their duty. £120 fine. At Skegness, on March 19, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Committed to prison for 12 weeks to run concurrent to other terms, suspended for 12 months. Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring (now complete). Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: 25 days. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving record endorsed. At Skegness, in a public place, namely B&M Retail, on September 9, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. No separate penalty. At Lincolnshire, on the same date, resisted a constable in the execution of their duty. £120 fine.

FAILURE TO COMPLY

Sean Myers, 31, of Lumley Avenue, Skegness. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend a planned office visit on a date in November of last year and failing to comply with a planned telephone contact on a date in August as instructed, and failing to provide any acceptable explanations for this absence and failure. £40 fine.

HARASSMENT

Stephen Fryer, 69, of Park Avenue, Skegness. At Skegness, between February 12 and April 1, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment and which he ought to have known amounted to harassment. Restraining order made. £162 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £250 costs.

Stuart Adland, 51, of Westfield Drive, Skegness. At Skegness, in Richmond Drive, on January 25, used a vehicle without insurance. £660 fine. £66 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

MIRROR

Lee Edwards, 35, of Spilsby Meadows, Spilsby. At Burgh le Marsh, in High Street, on February 11, used a vehicle which was not fitted with mirrors as required by the regulations in that the offside wing mirror was not present. £220 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

PUBLIC ORDER

Andrew Darcy, 30, of Cavendish Road, Skegness. At Skegness, on March 25, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 140 hours. £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
