ASSAULT

Callum Simons, 29, of Tennyson Gardens, Horncastle. At Revesby, on March 6, committed assault. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 10 days. Unpaid Work Requirement: 135 hours. Restraining orders made. £300 compensation to pay. £150 costs.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Toms Baltins, 19, of Hamilton Way, Coningsby. At Skegness, on December 27 of last year, damaged a glass front door to an unknown value belonging to Designs For Life, intending to destroy such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be detroyed or damaged. £283 compensation to pay. £85 costs.

DRINK DRIVING

William Pluck, 41, of Hallam Road, Boughton, Newark. At Orby, in Gunby Road, on September 25 of last year, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 128 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 80mcg. £300 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

DRUG DRIVING

Matthew Parkin, 30, of Honeysuckle Road, Sheffield. At Skegness, in Roman Bank, on December 6 of last year, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his blood equalled 800 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 50mcg. Community order made. Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring: three months (now passed). Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving record endorsed. At the same location, on the same date, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug cocaine in his blood equalled 65 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 10mcg. Community order made, as above. FAILED TO COMPLY

Anthony Robertson, 30, of Firbeck Avenue, Skegness. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in relation to his place of residence. KNIFE

Connor Rolfe, 21, of Bishop Tozer Close, Burgh le Marsh. At Horncastle, in Tennyson Gardens, on March 12, had with him without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a kitchen knife. Community order made. Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring: three months (now passed). Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 25 days. £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Order made to deprive the defendant of his rights in relation to the kitchen knife.

MIRROR

Trent Carter, 19, of Fendyke Road, Firsby. At Skegness, in Roman Bank, on April 10, used a vehicle which was not fitted with such mirror or mirror as required by the regulations in that the right wing mirror was held on with black tape and the mirror was obscured. £220 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

OBSTRUCTED POLICE

Christopher Johnson, 37, of Hanbury Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. At Chapel St Leonards, on February 11, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of their duty. £200 fine. £200 compensation to pay. £40 costs. At Chapel St Leonards, in Trunch Lane, on the same date, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 41 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. SPEEDING
