CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Toms Baltins, 19, of Hamilton Way, Coningsby. At Skegness, on December 27 of last year, damaged a glass front door to an unknown value belonging to Designs For Life, intending to destroy such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be detroyed or damaged. £283 compensation to pay. £85 costs.

Lee Farrow, 52, of London Road, Boston. At Skegness, on June 13, damaged a vehicle to an unknown value belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged. £80 fine. £100 compensation to pay. £85 costs.

Rolands Simins, 20, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, damaged a vehicle of an unknown value, belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged. £1,000 compensation to pay.

DRINK DRIVING

Martin Warner, 34, of Burgh Road, Skegness. At Revesby, in Main Road, on August 12 of last year, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his blood equalled 103 milligrammes in 100 millilitres. FRAUD

Chloe Gill, 22, of Frithville Road, Sibsey. At Sibsey, between November 4, 2017 and February 2, 2019, committed fraud in that she dishonestly made a false representation, namely taking money for the sale of a mobile phone with no intention to supply the goods, intending to make a gain for herself, and cause loss to another or to expose that person to a risk of loss – 11 counts, involving sums of £200, £250, £133.94, £100, £50, £50, £310, £80, £120, £180, and £100 and a different complainant each time. For each offence, committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 18 months, with terms running concurrent to each other. Sums of £250, £100, £50, £50, £310, £80, £120, £180, £100 to pay as compensation. At Boston, on January 9, committed assault. Committed to prison for 12 weeks to run concurrent to other terms, suspended for 18 months. £50 compensation to pay. At Boston, on the same date, used towards another threatening, 
abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by any person whereby they were likely to believe that such
 violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months. For each offence, Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring: three months (now passed). Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 25 days.

At Boston, in Red Lion Street, on April 25, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of their duty. £123 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. SEAT BELT

Junior Pontes, 36, of Havelock Street, Spalding. At Boston, on the A16, on February 18, drove a vehicle which was fitted with a rear seat belt while carrying in the rear of the vehicle a child of or over the age of three years, but under the age of 14 years, who was not wearing a seat belt in conformity with the regulations. £220 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
