Janis Juskovs, 31, of Freiston Road, Boston. At Boston, on October 22, 2019, sent an electronic communication, namely a text message, which was, in whole or part, of an indecent or grossly offensive nature for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom they intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated. £266 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Boston, on October 5, 9 and October 13, 2019, sent by means of a public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. Owen Winship, 22, of Thorpe Place, Tattershall. At Coningsby, in Ivy Lane, on September 8 of last year, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his blood equalled 127 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 50mcg.
