At Boston, on September 20, stole two dog toys to the value of £3 from B&M. £3 compensation to pay. At Boston, in Lawrence Lane, on September 13, stole groceries and a pet toy to the value of £10.16 from B&M. £10.16 compensation to pay. At Lincoln, in Brayford Wharf South, on September 9, had with him, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, an offensive weapon, namely a hammer. At the same location, on the same date, had with him, without good reason or lawful authoirty, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a locking craft knife. For both offences, committed to prison for six months, suspended for 12 months, to run concurrent to the other term. Overall length of sentence: six months. At Lincoln, on the same date, usued threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked.
