Dean Platten, 38, c/o Martin Close, Boston. At Boston, in Punchbowl Lane, on August 31, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. £40 compensation to pay. At the same location, on the same date, assaulted a second police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. Committed to prison for 12 weeks to run concurrent to other terms. £40 compensation to pay. At the same location, on the same date, assaulted a third police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. Committed to prison for 12 weeks to run concurrent to other terms. £40 compensation to pay. At Boston Police Station, on the same date, damaged a police anti-rip safety suit and a cell pillow to an unknown value, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Committed to prison for 12 weeks to run concurrent to other terms. Overall length of sentence: 12 weeks. At Grantham, on September 11, stole a packet of disposable to the value of £5 from Aldi. To be detained in courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

DRINK DRIVING

Tamas Beleznai, 35, of North End, Swineshead. At Boston, on the A16, on August 14, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 80 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35 mcg. £120 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving record endorsed.

DRUG DRIVING

Mark Bates, 22, of Hoplands Road, Coningsby. At Lincoln, in Pelham Street, on March 3, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in his blood equalled 339 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 50mcg. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 200 hours. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Driving record endorsed. At the same location, on the same date, drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 49 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Community order made, as above. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Driving record endorsed. At Lincoln, on the same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, thereby, and the offence was racially aggravated. £166 fine. £90 victim surcharge. £85 costs. In Lincoln, in Pelham Street, on the same date, being the driver of a vehicle, failed to stop the vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. No separate penalty.

FAILED TO COMPLY

Vincent Crunkhorn, 64, of Town Dam Lane, Donington. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend induction appointments for supervision and unpaid work on January 15, 2020, and a further unpaid work induction appointment on January 22, 2020. Order to continue, but varied. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to nine days. Alcohol Treatment Requirement. Unpaid Work Requirement. £85 costs.

Evaldas Navickas, 34, of Norfolk Place, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on December 8, 2019, and January 12, of 2020, as instructed. Order varied. Unpaid Work Requirement. £65 fine.

Marat Pirnau, 33, of Granville Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence by failed to attend unpaid work sessions on January 13 and 20, 2020. Suspended sentence varied. FRAUD

Anthony Kohut, 36, of Clifton Road, Fishtoft. At Gibbetts Nook, Coningsby, Esso, John Adams Way, Boston, and Co-op petrol station, in Eastwood Road, Boston, between December 19, 2019, and January 28, 2020, committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely he used fuel cards belonging to A1 Group in order to obtain fuel for himself, intending to make a gain, namely obtain fuel for his own use and to sell on for profit. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 200 hours. £1,223.94 compensation to pay. At Workingham, on December 16, 2019, stole two fuel cards belonging to A1 Group. No separate penalty. At Boston, on January 27, 2020, stole two boxes of powdered baby milk to the value of £16 from Lincolnshire Co-op. No separate penalty.

At Rotherham, on July 21, had in his possession 32 tablets of diazepam – a class C drug. £40 fine.
