James Walsh, 32, c/o Rumbold Lane, Wainfleet. At Wainfleet, on April 19, committed assault thereby occasioning actual bodily harm. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. Unpaid Work Requirement: 80 hours. £85 victim surcharge. £125 costs.

Shelley Watkins, 27, of Charnwood Street, Derby. At Skegness, on August 29, assaulted a police constable, acting the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. Community order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 100 hours. £100 compensation to pay. £95 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Skegness, on the same date, assaulted a second police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. Community order made, as above. £150 compensation to pay. At Skegness, on the same date, resisted the second police constable in the execution of their duty. No separate penalty.

Chantel Moses, 34, of Wainfleet Road, Skegness. At Skegness, on July 17, without reasonable excuse shouted and swore in a public place which she was prohibited from doing by a Criminal Behaviour Order. £200 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Aaron Fowler, 26, of St Andrews Drive, Skegness. At Skegness, in North Parade, on April 11, during the emergency period, without reasonable excuse, contravened a direction given under the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020 in that he gathered with others in public and refused to disperse when ordered to do so. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Paul Johns, 31, of Grosvenor Road, Skegness. At Swaby, in Pinfold Lane, on May 5, during the emergency period, without reasonable excuse, other than as permitted by the regulations, were outside of the place where he was living. £120 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs.
