Marius Pilicouskas, 20, of Tilney Avenue, Boston. At Boston, in Main Ridge West, between April 9 and 11, entered a building, namely Ridge House, as a trespasser with intent to steal. DRINK DRIVING

Sonia Wardle, 40, of Trinity Street, Boston. At Boston, in Queen Street at McDonald’s, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 69 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £320 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving record endorsed.

DRUGS

Lee Borman, 48, of Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston, on August 2, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis – a class B drug. £80 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £40 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

FAILED TO COMPLY

Shorsh Hashmi, 33, of Mill Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to make himself available for the installation of monitoring equipment on October 7. Order varied. Curfew Requirement with Electronic Monitoring (now passed).
