Jade Ferguson, 27, of Grosvenor Road, Skegness. At Lincoln, in High Street, on August 3, committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for two years. At the same location, on the same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby, and the offence was racially aggravated. £120 fine. At Lincoln, at Tentercroft Street, Lincoln, assaulted a police officer, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made for the offences of assaulting an emergency worker – five counts. CORONAVIRUS

Sean Myers, 32, of Dorothy Avenue, Skegness. At Skegness, in Lumley Road, on May 5, during the emergency period, without reasonable excuse, other than as permitted by the regulations, were outside of the place he was living. £220 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Nathan Fearn, 30, of Nether Shire Lane, Sheffield. At Ingoldmells, at the Skegness Water Leisure Park, on August 8, damaged a vehicle to an unknown value belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £250 compensation to pay. £50 costs.

DISORDERLY

Kane Tonks, 21, of All Saints View, Pontefract. At Ingoldmells, in Sea Lane, on August 1, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £660 fine. £66 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

In Lincolnshire, between 2019 and August 31, 2020, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to stalking and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment in that he sent persistent messages to the complainant, despite being blocked and told to leave them alone, along with turning up at their place of work, stating he knows where they live.
