ASSAULT

Alessandra Gallucci, 22, of Wellington Street, Kettering. In Lincolnshire, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. Discharged conditionally for six months. £50 compensation to pay. £22 victim surcharge. At Ingoldmells, on the same date, were guilty, while drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place, namely Coral Beach. No separate penalty.

COMMUNICATIONS

Ricky Byrne, 57, of Station Road, Willoughby. At Willoughby, on July 22, persistently made use of a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. £250 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £50 costs.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Ian Flanagan, 38, of Park Avenue, Skegness. At Skegness, on August 28, damaged a window to the value of £300, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for two years. Restraining order made. £22 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

Dog

Amanda Jury, 60, of Chauntry Road, Alford. At Alford, on April 24, were the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control in the rear garden of an address in Chauntry Road. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Unless the dog is kept under proper control, it must be destroyed. £22 victim surcharge. £300 costs.

Disorderly

Nigel Spawage, 60, of Hope Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. At Skegness, on August 7, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour in a public place, namely Lunley Road. £220 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £100 costs.

Marcus Grainger-Oldfield, 28, of Wainfleet Road, Skegness. At Skegness, in Wainfleet Road, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in blood equalled 178 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 50mcg. £330 fine. £33 victim surcharge. £300 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

Samantha Johnson, 54, of Brunswick Drive, Skegness. At Ingoldmells, in Anchor Lane, on March 23, 2020, drove when the proportion of the controlled drug benzoylecgonine in blood equalled 91 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 50mcg. £120 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £50 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

Steven Bexon, 37, of Albany Road, Skegness. At Skegness, on May 1, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. £120 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Gavin Taylor, 40, of Brunswick Drive, Skegness. At Grantham, had in his possession 0.33g of crack cocaine – a class A drug. £120 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £50 costs. Crack cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for causing to be sent by public communications network an offensive/indecent/obscene/menacing message/matter. No action taken on breach.

Simon Chapman, 51, of South Parade, Skegness. At Skegness, on August 24, had in his possession a quantity of amphetamine – a class A drug. £80 fine. £40 victim surcharge. £50 costs. Amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed. At Boston, on November 26, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. £80 fine.

THEFT

Rebecca Fielding, 37, of St Rumbold Street, Lincoln. At Skegness, on September 4, stole whiskey to the value of £19 from Tesco. £80 fine. £34 victim surcharge. Order made to deprive the defendant of their rights in relation to foil.

Sarah Whiley, 34, of Alma Avenue, Skegness. At Skegness, stole Rugdoctor carpet cleaner and extensions to the value of £420 from Rugdctor. £420 compensation to pay.

Cameron Easton, 22, of Wigg Lane, Chapel St Leonards. At Skegness, in North Parade, on June 3, used a vehicle when the windscreen of which was not maintained in such condition that the vision of the driver was no obscured. £220 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £90 costs.
