Jurijs Polaconoks, 37, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston Police Station, on December 25, assaulted an emergency worker acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker – three counts, two relating to police constables, one a custody detention officer. For each, committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, as concurrent terms. Overall length of sentence: eight weeks. Brandon Hibbert, 21, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Boston, in Maud Street, on January 8, assaulted a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker, by beating them. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months. £128 victim surcharge. At the same location, on the same date, resisted a police constable in the execution of their duty. Committed to prison for two weeks, suspended for 12 months, as concurrent term. Overall length of sentence: 12 weeks. CRIMINAL DAMAGE

Matthew Lowe, 30, of Union Street, Boston. At Boston, in Larkspur Croft, on September 3, damaged a vehicle belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged. Radoslaw Heller, 21, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Boston, in Queen Street, wilfully rode a pedal cycle on a footpath or causeway by the side of the road, made or set apart for pedestrians. £18 fine. £32 victim surcharge.

DRUGS – POSSESSION

Daniel Clarke, 29, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, on December 22, had in his possession 21 wraps of diamorphine – a class A drug. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed. At Boston, of December 20, stole a gift set to the value of £78 from Boots. Committed to prison for eight weeks as concurrent term. £73 compensation to pay. At Boston, on December 19, stole a gift set of a value unknown from Boots. Committed to prison for eight weeks to run concurrent to other terms. Overall length of sentence: eight weeks. £156 compensation to pay.

Stephen Dixon, 43, of Hyde Close, Fishtoft. At Boston, in Fish Hill, on January 27, 2020, had in his possession eight wraps of mamba – a class B drug. £60 fine. £32 victim surcharge. Mamba to be forfeited and destroyed. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. No action taken on breach. At Boston, on April 9, resisted a police constable in the execution of their duty. Discharged conditionally for six months.

Louis Judd, 22, of Cold Harbour Lane, Carrington. At Lincoln, on October 10, had in his possession three bags of cocaine – a class A drug. £120 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY

Carl Pagden, 54, of Monteith Crescent, Boston. At Boston, in a public place, namely Freiston Road, on October 19, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £120 fine. £34 victim surcharge.
