Mariusz Kukulka, 39, of Beacon Park Drive, Skegness. At Skegness, on December 8, sent an electronic communication, namely Facebook messages, which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any person to whom he intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated.
