Jordan Holland, 24, of Judge Close, Fishtoft. At Boston, on November 18, used towards others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them, whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Community order made. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring. Rehabilitation activity requirement: up to 20 days. £95 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Boston, on the same date, damaged a car wing mirror to an unknown value belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. At Boston, on November 3, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis – a class B drug. Community order made, as above. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. SEXUAL OFFENCE

Aidan Smith, 35, of Station Road, Old Leake. At Boston, between November 9, 2019, and February 17, 2020, recorded another person doing a private act with the intention that he would, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, look at an image of that other person doing the act, knowing that the other person did not consent to his recording the act with that intention. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for 12 months. Restraining order made. £128 victim surcharge. £85 costs. All images and video clips on computer to be forfeited and destroyed. Defendant required to register with the police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for seven years.

SPEEDING

Justin Clarkson, 37, of Parthian Avenue, Wyberton. At Wildmore, on the B1192 Langrick Road, on September 9, drove at a speed of 53mph, exceeding the 30mph limit. £217 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Sorin Patrascu, 22, of Balmain Court, Lampton Road, Hounslow, At Boston, on February 11, stole alcoholic beverages to the value of £934 from Tesco. £325 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Bracknell, on October 21, stole vodka and numerous other items to the value of £670 from Sainsbury’s. No separate penalty.

TYRES

Madalin-Ionut Popa, 33, of Tooley Street, Boston. At Boston, in Rosegarth Street, on August 1, used a vehicle when the grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre fitted to the front offside wheel were not of regulation depth. £440 fine. £44 victim surcharge. £90 costs. At the same location, on the same date, used a vehicle when it was not maintained in such condition that the vision of the driver was not obscured. No separate penalty.
