Nicholas Humber, 53, of Church Road North, Skegness. At Skegness, on May 16, damaged the windows of a car to the value of under £5,000 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £950 compensation to pay.

DRINK DRIVING

Sara Morgan, 38, of Drayton Road, Swineshead. At Wainfleet, in Spilsby Road, on May 9, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 63 microgrammes per 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £323 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Driving record endorsed.

Simon Jacques, 34, of North Street, Middle Rasen. At Ulceby Cross, on the A16, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 69 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. £400 fine. £40 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Adam Ward, 37, of Westbury Street, Derby. At Skegness, in Lumley Road, on June 30, used a vehicle when the proportion of the controlled drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in blood equalled 6.9 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 2mcg. £120 fine. £34 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed.

Samuel Brown, 21, of Tow Path Close, Loughborough. At Skegness, in Grand Parade, on May 15, had in his possession a quantity of cocaine – a class A drug. £80 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed. At Skegness, in Grand Parade, on the same date, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. No separate penalty.
