Courts: Horncastle man fined for drunk and disorderly behaviour
A Horncastle man has been ordered to pay more than £330 after he was found guilty of being drunk and disorderly.
The case regarding Callum Overton, 20, of Jobson Road, was heard at Boston Magistrates’ Court on December 11.
The court heard that the offence took place on Boston Road, Horncastle, on June 23 of this year.
The guilty verdict was proved in Overton’s absence.
Overton was fined £220 and ordered to pay a further £85 in court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
