Lisa Jane Moody, 51, of Waring Street, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on December 18.

Moody was charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause two women to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them.

The offence took place on August 8 of this year at Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Moody changed her plea from not guilty to guilty.

She was ordered to pay £369 - including a fine of £250 and £85 towards court costs, plus a £34 victim surcharge.

Moody’s guilty plea was taken into account when imposing the sentence.

Moody was also charged with failing to surrender to custody at Reading Police Station on November 24 of this year, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on August 11 of this year.

There was no separate penalty for this offence, and her guilty plea was taken into account by the court.
